Since incorporation in 2024, we’ve partnered with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and raised significant backing from top-tier investors.

The Role

As we continue to expand and onboard more clients, we are seeking a Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in regulatory compliance and non-financial risk to help shape and deliver our solutions to our clients. We are looking for an SME who will be hands-on and able to get deep in the details, as opposed to primarily providing advisory support.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret and break down complex regulations, translating them into clear, structured requirements, logic and frameworks.
• Work with product and engineering teams to embed regulatory logic into AI models.
• Review and validate AI agent outputs, serving as a Human-in-the-Loop to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Extract obligations and conduct compliance assessments, risk reviews, gap analyses.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years of experience in compliance, especially within non-financial risk, regulatory compliance, or related roles within financial services.
• Backgrounds may include compliance managers in large financial institutions or consultants who have worked with large financial services clients.
• An individual contributor who is hands-on and delivers high-quality work in an efficient manner.
