Lead Partnerships Manager

• Design and lead the buy side partnership engine, ensuring it scales with clarity, consistency and measurable impact.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key brokers, acting as a trusted commercial counterpart who can influence deal flow, product positioning and partner engagement strategy.
• Create structure and rhythm across broker engagement, balancing automation with commercial judgment while managing a selective subset of high value broker partnerships directly.
• Define how partner relationships flow from first contact through to deal execution and ongoing performance, including acting as the escalation point for high impact broker relationships.
• Turn partner and pipeline signals into actionable insight that drives process, tooling and strategic improvement, representing the voice of broker partners across Product, Ops and Commercial.
• Lead cross functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across Sales, Ops, Product and Data.
• Carry a quota for broker originated opportunities and actively close a defined set of high value partnership deals.
• Make performance visible through reporting, documentation and feedback loops that compound learning.

Requirements

Must haves:

• Proven experience in partnerships, account management or commercial operations within SaaS, fintech or other complex, fast-moving environments.
• Strong ability to design and optimise systems that drive predictable revenue across multiple partners.
• Experience building strategic broker or channel relationships, influencing partner engagement and managing escalations where needed.
• Experience owning strategic projects and delivering structured operational improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a bias for turning commercial signals into practical change.
• Ability to connect partner performance to company outcomes.

Bonus points:

• Experience in energy, utilities or other regulated or operationally complex industries.
• Background in sales operations, partnerships or structured account management.
• Exposure to data led decision making or automation within commercial workflows.
• Track record of shaping partner journeys and closing frameworks across multiple touchpoints.
