Compliance Onboarding Associate Location: London Department: Central Functions – Compliance & Risk Contract: Full-time / Hybrid About the company We are building a universal financial infrastructure to power the growth of the digital economy. The Role As a Compliance Onboarding Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our onboarding processes meet regulatory and internal standards. You’ll work in a fast- paced, collaborative environment where customer experience and risk management are equally prioritised. What You’ll Do
• Carry out customer due diligence on prospective corporate clients in line with internal policies
• Support wider compliance activities as required • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to onboarding processes and
procedures • Onboard customers with complex structures across higher-risk sectors (e.g.
crypto, gaming, financial services) • Conduct in-depth assessments of regulated businesses and liaise with legal
teams on licensing requirements • Review the adequacy of AML frameworks for regulated customers • Prepare escalations and provide recommendations to senior compliance
stakeholders, including the MLRO What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience onboarding financial institutions and regulated businesses • Knowledge of CFD brokers and iGaming compliance frameworks • Ability to self-manage, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with ambiguity • Prior experience working in fintech • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Confident communicator, both written and verbal • Ability to present professionally to senior stakeholders
