Background:
- Finance degree / quantitative degree
- Options structuring experience (at least 18 months)
- Advanced excel (VBA a plus)
- From banking or funds (e.g. hedge funds, IDBs)
- Strong communication skills (will be speaking with front office regularly, and c-level, alongside expectations to speak with clients on regular basis for trade-ex)
Role:
- Structuring options
- Executing large non-standard FX trades
- Managing derivative position market risk and liquidity
- Building excel hedging programs/models for clients
- Run the options desk (EMIR reporting, managing expirers, trade ex, restructures, systems training)
- Working with the IT development team to develop technology for clients and internal stakeholders for FX execution and structuring
